I have had the opportunity to say at the Crown hotel twice in the last 4 weeks. Both occations were under difficult circumstances in that I had to deal with my father falling I'll and then passing away. With my work I stay in hotels frequently. I would like you to know that your hotel and staff are exceptional. The housekeeping staff and reception staff and the manager (raewyn and bronwyn). Marcus and mark from concierge. As a business owner I always pay particular attention to staff who have a genuine interest in customers and really go above and beyond their daily tasks. Please thank the staff on my behalf for a warm and memorable stay. We will be sure to recommend your hotel and look forward to staying with you in the future.

We have had the most wonderful weekend at The Crown Hotel, thank you very much indeed to all the team responsible. We had a lovely room looking over the sea, met friends for lunch and dinner, long walk around the harbour, lovely brunch with friends on checkout morning, can’t wait to repeat the experience. We enjoyed the Sileni wine with some lovely Kaimai cheese at Milk and Honey, will definitely be buying more of that. It was a truly special weekend and we can’t thank you all enough.
We enjoyed the opportunity to stay with you and have to say that the facilities and service are as good as any we have stayed at either in NZ of overseas. It is a credit to you and your staff. Thank you.
Just a quick note to say my friends really enjoyed their stay with you. I had dinner with them at Milk & Honey last night and it was very good. I will definitely be recommending you to anybody who will listen!

I was very impressed with the overall service that was provided by The Crown Hotel.
Room setup - this was excellent; all staff was efficient in replenishing water and tidying up the room after both sessions.
Equipment - it was modern and easy to use.
Service Levels - Staff were very helpful in all logistical aspects of the conference, they provided a friendly and accommodating service.
Quality of Food and Beverage - Everybody loved the choice of what was provided in terms of lunch and breakfast.
Overall Impression - On a scale of 1-10 for conference room facilities, accommodation, food and beverage, service and efficiently, a 9.5 is well deserved.
I would definitely recommend the Crown Hotel for future client events.

Sorry I didn't get to say goodbye on Sunday morning, I wanted to say thank you very much. I thought the venue was fantastic, the rooms were new and obviously very nicely fitted out, and everybody was raving about them.
I thought the conference venue was great, very well organised, everything worked well and obviously went smoothly.
The food was great, everybody loved the savoury muffins and want the recipe! The breakfasts were also very nice, much better than your usual hotel cooked breakfasts.
The service was also fantastic; your staff were very helpful and down to earth with great customer focus.
Overall it was a great conference and thank you very much for everything.
