Credit Card SurchargeAll payments made by credit card will incur a transaction fee reflecting bank charges incurred by the hotel for card payments. Current fees are 2% of the transaction total for Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express and JCB cards. Fees are subject to change and applicable fees will be confirmed on check in. Payment by cash and EFTPOS do not incur transaction fees. |

Non Smoking PolicyThe Crown Hotel has a non-smoking policy in all rooms and public areas. A $200 fee will be charged for any guests that smoke inside their rooms. Smoking is permitted outdoors and there are guest ashtrays provided on balconies and at hotel entrances. |

Payment PolicyA valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. A deposit of one nights accommodation is required to secure all bookings not guaranteed by credit card. On check-in, our reception staff will take a credit card pre-authorisation. This is only an authorisation and the final bill will be settled upon checkout. The authorisation, if not used, is released at the time of check out. Due to some banks processing times, it may take up to five working days to appear in your account. |

Cancellation PolicyShould you wish to cancel your reservation, bookings secured by credit card or company charge will be charged the first nights accommodation in the event of a non-arrival or if cancellation advise is after 6pm the day prior to arrival. Event Weekend PolicyAll event weekends require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation with the remaining 50% due one month prior to arrival. Over these dates, there is also a 2 night minimum stay policy in place. 2018 Event Weekends: 2nd & 3rd February / 9th & 10th February / 16th & 17th February & 23rd & 24th February. |
