As part of the Trip Advisor Travellers Choice awards for 2015, The Crown Hotel have been ranked number 5 within the Top 25 hotels
in New Zealand.
Alongside this fantastic achievement, we were also placed in the Top 25 Most Romantic Hotels within New Zealand.

Hawkes Bay Tourism Accommodation Award

The Crown Hotel has won the 2014 Hawkes Bay Accommodation Award at the annual Hawkes Bay Tourism Industry Awards held at Mission Estate Winery.

The Accommodation Award recognises innovation, initiative through marketing practices and business strategies, a property that displays a point of difference and delivers exceptional visitor experiences.

The Management and Team are exceptionally proud of winning this achievement.

Online booking site award The Crown Hotel

Wotif.com, a worldwide travel online booking site, has awarded The Crown Hotel as the top hotel in Napier and ranked 5th in NZ hotels, after it analysed more than 180,000 customer reviews.  The award is based on customers reviews, rankings and overall scores.  The Crown Hotel general manager Michele Cole said she was extremely proud of the rankings.  "To be number five in New Zealand is obviously a great achievement, particularly coming from a small boutique hotel up against some of the largest and more recognised hotels." 

The reason behind the accolades was the hotel's staff, Ms Cole said. They were rapt with the news and their personalised, genuine service and going the extra mile attracted loyal guests.

Wotif Australia and New Zealand product director Donna Rodios said some of the most popular descriptive words used in relation to the Crown Hotel were "perfect location", "pristine" and "outstanding service", which is tribute to the hotel's great location and professional service.
