The Crown Hotel's unique conference facilities are located in the beautifully refurbished, original 1932 Crown Hotel building, contemporary luxury apartments and new Globe Theatrette. The flexible meeting spaces can also provide an outdoor courtyard for breakouts, functions or cocktails and canapes.

Functions are supported by the latest audio-visual equipment, wireless broadband internet, full catering, bar service and outdoor courtyard with BBQ. When booking conferences at The Crown Hotel, your conference will be overseen by the your dedicated Conference Manager.

Suitable for groups up to 80 delegates.

The largest of all our conference venues is the Vautier Room. With its unique design and Art Deco decor, it offers something a little different for your meeting needs whether large or small. 

 

 
 

 

Northumberland Conference Room

Suitable for groups up to 40 delegates.

With an abundance of natural light this space is square in shape and will suit those who require a more intimate space with the boardroom and U-Shape style working perfectly.

 
 

 

Executive Boardroom 301 or 302 or

Chic Collection Apartments

Suitable for groups up to 30 delegates.

Situated in our contemporary suites or luxury apartments, they are perfect for private boardroom style meetings.  Most with panoramic views and large facilities areas including outdoor decks, these executive boardrooms will suit delegates looking for something special for their conference.

 

 

 

Courtyard

Suitable for cocktail functions up to 100 delegates including the Vautier Room.

With french doors leading from the Vautier Room this outdoor courtyard is the ideal choice for breakout space, lunches or cocktails and canpes at the end of the day.

 

 

 

One Bedroom Premium Suite

Suitable for small groups up to 8 delegates.

A multi functional room, this space offers a small boardroom style layout and can also be used as accommodation for your travelling delegate

 

 

 

Globe Theatrette

Suitable for up to 45 delegates

Events or functions with a difference... Globe Theatrette offers private hireage that is exclusively yours!

The theatre provides the latest audio/visual presentation facilities and can be hired exclusively for social groups, corporate functions and conferences/product launches.
