    The International Comedy All-Stars are coming to town.
    A fresh initiative from New Zealand's leading producer of live comedy, comedy.co.nz productions ltd, will see four of the stars from the 2017 NZ International Comedy Festival hitting the road around the North Island at the beginning of May.

    Swan Lake

    The most splendid ballet of all time is brought to life by Petipa & Tchaikovsky's spectacular score masterpiece. From beautiful the moonlit lake where elegant swans glide to the magnificent opulence of the palace ballroom, Odile, the temptress in a cloud of black tulle provides a ravishing counterpoint to the purity and innocence of Odette the beautiful swan queen. In this 2 acts performance of Swan Lake the ballet skills, lavish costumes, and magnificent stage sets will capture the imagination, passion and romance of this classical fairytale.

    Tiki Taane Mahuta

    Tiki Taane Mahuta depicts two generations of New Zealand families and the tragedy, hope and redemption which connect them. Expanding beyond the 1996 and 2013 settings, the production explores the ancestral realm which oversees the characters' whakapapa - genealogy. Live music, theatre, aerial performance, contemporary dance, kapa haka, mau rākau & hip hop unite in one of New Zealand's largest nationally-devised productions ever.

    Monday, 22nd May 7pm-9pm @ Napier Municpal Theatre.

     

    It is a wonderful setting for relaxing or socialising. It's also the perfect playground for active people, with regular fishing, sailing and diving trips all setting out from Ahuriri. The newly improved Rotary walkway stretches from Bay View right down to Clive - a fantastic bike trip, run or walk.
